The scheme is open to youths aged between 17.5 to 21 years. 25% of the soldiers will be retained in the army after completing their tenure. Under the Agneepath Scheme, soldiers will receive an annual package of 4.76 lakhs in the first year, which will increase to 6.92 lakhs over the four years.

Atmanirbhar Bharat Employment Scheme

The Finance Minister of India, Nirmala Sitharaman, launched the Atmanirbhar Bharat Rozgar Yojana on November 12, 2020, to boost employment in the country during the post-COVID-19 period. This scheme offers subsidies to all establishments that create new jobs, with the aim of promoting fresh employment opportunities. The Atmanirbhar Bharat Rojgar Yojana is expected to increase employment across India, providing relief to those who lost their jobs due to the pandemic. 

Operation Green Scheme

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Government of India has expanded the scope of the Operation Green Scheme. The scheme is being implemented by the Ministry of Fertilizer Processing Industries as part of the Self-reliant India campaign. The government has allocated a budget of 500 crores to provide fair prices for fruits and vegetables under this scheme. Fisheries Resources Plan

The government has set a target to double the income of farmers by 2022. To achieve this, the government has launched the Matsya Sampada Yojana, which aims to increase the export of the fisheries sector. The scheme is also focused on increasing the income of farmers engaged in fisheries and dairy farming. The government has assigned a budget of ₹20,000 crore for this Matsya Sampada initiative. Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme

National Education Policy Scheme

The Central Government has launched the National Education Policy with the aim of improving the education system in schools and colleges. The policy envisions providing education to all from pre-school to secondary school with 100% Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) by 2030. The education policy has undergone major changes, replacing the 10+2 pattern with a new 5+3+3+4 pattern, including 12 years of schooling and 3 years of pre-schooling.

Antyodaya Anna Yojana

Additionally, Divyangs will also be given 35 kg of food grains per family at a subsidized rate of Rs.2 per kg for wheat and Rs.3 per kg for paddy under this scheme. Prime Minister Crop Insurance Scheme

Farmers across the country can now benefit from an insurance scheme launched by the government to cover losses due to flood or drought damage.

Through the PMFBY Yojana, farmers will receive direct crop insurance payments in their bank accounts for losses due to natural calamities. The central government has launched a scheme to provide free sewing machines to poor and working women across the country. 

This initiative aims to enable women to start their own home-based businesses. The PM Free Sewing Machine Scheme targets economically disadvantaged women in rural and urban areas, and more than 50,000 women in each state will benefit from the program. This scheme is only open to women between the ages of 20 and 40 years old.

The main objective of this scheme is to make women self-reliant and empower them.

Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme

The Central Government has initiated a scheme to provide financial aid to small and marginal farmers in the country. The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana offers an annual financial assistance of Rs. 6,000 to farmers who own up to 2 hectares of cultivable land. 

The amount will be given in three installments of Rs. 2,000 each, directly transferred to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts.if any farmer have these agricultural land, such as 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 hectares, are eligible to apply for this scheme.

The Government of India has launched a scheme called Kusum Yojana, which aims to provide solar panel operated irrigation pumps to farmers for their fields’ irrigation. This scheme will make farming easier and increase the farmers’ income. By generating electricity from the solar panels installed on their farms, farmers can earn up to an additional Rs. 6,000 by selling the surplus power to various power companies. The Free Solar Penal Scheme will also help farmers eliminate the cost of petroleum fuel by using solar irrigation pumps. Prime Minister’s Employment Scheme

The Pradhanmantri Rojgar Yojana offers unemployed youth in the country an opportunity to start their own businesses. The central government provides low-interest loans through various banks to these individuals. To be eligible for this scheme, beneficiaries must be between 18 and 35 years old and the total cost of the employment they wish to start should not exceed Rs. 2 lakhs. Pradhan Mantri Kisan Mandhan Yojana

The government has launched the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana to provide a pension to small and marginal farmers in their old age. Under this scheme, farmers over the age of 60 will receive a monthly pension of Rs. 3000 from the government. Beneficiaries will have to pay 50% of the premium, while the remaining 50% will be subsidized by the government.
