Kraven the Hunter' trailer, first look, release date:

It will be available to watch in theatres starting October 6, noted an official announcement.

"Kraven the Hunter", one of Spider-Man's infamous opponents, is set to make his debut in a standalone film later this year.

The poster prominently features Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Kraven the Hunter, seated menacingly on a throne constructed from the skulls of his defeated foes.

Joining Taylor-Johnson in the cast are Ariana DeBose as Calypso and Russell Crowe as Kraven's father.

Additionally, other classic Spider-Man villains will appear, with Fred Hechinger portraying Chameleon and Alessandro Nivola as the Rhino.

Kraven the Hunter continues Sony Pictures' endeavor to expand their live-action Spider-Man franchise, following the success of the Venom films.

However, this upcoming release is just the tip of the iceberg, as the studio has committed to additional projects.
